What we check before you sign
The contract
Since 1 July 2024 a permanent contract is the norm. Temporary only in set cases.
Registration
We only advise homes where you can register – you need that for your BSN.
Good to know
Only for you
We work for you as a tenant, never for the landlord. That is the Dutch rule for charging a tenant.
